The Beginning
Like most honest projects, OUCH didn’t start with a business plan. It started with a heartbreak.
Then came quitting the job. Running low on money. Being stuck in Bali with more questions than answers. That’s the short version. The real version had tears, doubt, and a lot of "what now?". But it also had an idea that refused to sleep when I did.
OUCH was born in that space. The space where everything feels unstable, yet strangely clear. A need to take these memories—the ones we all share but rarely speak of—and print them on premium cotton. To turn a feeling into something you can actually wear.
The team? We didn’t find them through agencies. We met them on the street. By coincidence. By instinct. They just happened to be f*cking good at what they do.
That’s when I knew: We’re doing this.
This brand is made of moments like that. Raw. Unpolished. Real. No trends chased. No stories invented. Just truth, printed on fabric.
